MurphsLife Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 85-3332093) incorporated in the State of Utah, United States of America. Our mission is to end generational poverty through direct aid, regenerative development, and storytelling, primarily in Central and South America.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or make a donation. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

All donations made through this Site are voluntary contributions to MurphsLife Foundation, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

• No Goods or Services: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no goods or services are provided in exchange for donations. A written acknowledgment will be provided for donations of $250 or more as required by IRS regulations.
• Non-Refundable: All donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 30 days at support@murphslifefoundation.com.
• Use of Funds: MurphsLife Foundation retains full discretion over the use of donated funds to advance its charitable mission.
• Recurring Donations: If you set up a recurring donation, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time by contacting us.

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, videos, graphics, and software — is the property of MurphsLife Foundation or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Impersonate MurphsLife Foundation, its staff, or any other person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Engage in any conduct that interferes with or disrupts the Site
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site without our express permission

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
